a) Messaging via WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram
By messaging us through Meta platforms:
You consent to receive order-related replies and service updates
Your name, contact info, and conversation history may be used to help us serve you
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP
We do not use chat-based data for unsolicited marketing unless you explicitly consent.

b) Lead Ads and Forms

If you submit your details via a Meta lead form (e.g., Facebook/Instagram):
We’ll only contact you for the reason stated (e.g., callback, offer)
We will not share your info or use it for unrelated marketing
You can request deletion of this data at any time

c) Meta Pixel
We use Meta Pixel to track website actions (e.g., menu views, order starts) for ad analytics and retargeting. Data is anonymised and helps us run better ads.

  • All food is made in a shared kitchen – cross-contamination may occur

  • ZaikaX is not liable for allergen-related incidents unless due to clear negligence.
